Residency 1: The Legacy and Future of HBCUs and Framing Leadership to Broaden Participation in STEM
On September 12 through September 15, CASL brought together STEM Leader-Scholars from thirteen HBCUs to the offices of Fielding Graduate University in Washington, DC for an enriching four-day experience to learn about the legacy of HBCUs, the Bollman and Gallos four frames of leadership, the case study approach to education research, and more.
