Residency 3: Sustaining Leadership that Advance Broadening Participation in STEM
From January 30 to February 2, CASL brought our twelve faculty fellows to Atlanta, GA for our third residency. The focus for this session was on strategies that facilitate the well-being of leaders seeking to broaden participation in STEM and included a discussion on research strategies for documenting leadership behaviors that advance broadening participation in STEM at your institutions. The residency culminated with CASL’s inaugural Twitter chat at #HBCU_CASL which will be highlighted in a future post.
